When shooting 70 meters or longer, with others that have the identical arrows, I can’t pick mine out. In the groove of the nock of my arrows, I put a black dot so I can identify them. When I use your #788 scope the image is so bright and sharp I can easily identify my own even at 70 M. It’s definitely a superior product.”

I fully intended to buy one but wanted to compare your model #735 to it. I couldn’t believe it but your #735 was sharper. I was using a Swarovski resolution cart on the back wall about 100 ft. away. I kept trying to tell myself the other scope was as good, but it wasn’t. I also compared the #735 to a $900 (another high-rated brand) 12-40x60, and to my eyes the #735 was still sharper. Tony Murillo: Here are my comments on the Alpen products. I mean every word written below: After some time researching and looking through binoculars, I bought the Alpen Shasta Ridge #478 10x42. The clarity and quality of the glass is superb. I no longer get eye strain and am comfortable looking through these all day. They perform comparably alongside friends’ optics costing 2-3 times more. (Always get a kick out of that). Since then, I’ve purchased the Apex 4030 riflescope and the compact #728 spotting scope. All put through rigorous use for a full season. Having tried and tested them myself, I’m sold now on the solid build and quality of these optics. BIG FAN!
Troy Peterson, Antonito, CO: “I had a group of hunters here recently. They all brought out their SPOTTING SCOPES in the morning… Leupold, Bushnell, Tasco, etc. Then I brought out my ALPEN 15-30x50 (730) scope, set it up and let those hunters try it out. When I told them the price, the fellow with the Leupold went right back to his car, put money in my hands and bought it right there. Others said they wish they had known about Alpen before they paid high dollars for the ones they had.”
